It's no man's land now. with dowjones whipsawing around 8,000 point, I can feel the battle at this point is so hot. one can be easily slapped left and right...phew! tough time. what should i do? nothing. sit back and relax, it's more important to reserve my capital, i prefer to hold less positions, small size out of this chaos. there are times you can trade big, there are times you can trade small, this simply isn't a time for you to trade big and win huge.
Want to get one thing clear here,I pointed out capitaland at support level few posts back, some of you may take it as a long signal. Sorry if i mislead you... I presume you should know most of support levels will be broken in downtrend mkt. and we are looking for shorting signal once the support level was broken.If you are going long--it must be fast in and out as you are against the trend -- Check the trend 1st always.
