I was up thousands of bucks 50minutes before market close,and left just hundreds of bucks after market close. Believe it or not, it's not the destruction of paper profit bugs me, it's the waste of time and energy.
To trading in this kind of market requires a lot of concentration, energy and emotional control. and if you can score a 4-fiure profit for just one day, it's worthwhile. but if u sacrificed your sleeping time and didn't get anything more than that( or even loss), it's a disappointing waste of time.
Damn lucky i closed half of my puts and locked in some profit if not i will score a $0 pay day. The market doesn't owe a penny to anyone, but this market action really disgusted me:
