Today I had a very good tutorial with fellow graduates, we analysed different sectors' performance, the finding turn to be very interesting:
1. Banking and Finance down. STI on Friday ending up 10.75 to 1,715 only. much bcos banking stocks holding it back. DBS fell 0.15, was affected by its core shareholder Temasek CEO Mdm Ho ching's(PM lee's wife) step down; Due to this news, and also its 23% profit down in recent report, SIA omit too--fell 32cents. Temasek holding 28% of DBS and main shareholder of SIA.
2. Marine and offshore up. Stocks such as Swiber, SPC, NOL all rebounded but all near resistance. See if they hit resistance and come down.
3. Commodities up. Such as Indoagri, GoldenAgri, wilmar, Olam. this is 2nd sector rebounded strongly.
4. Properties are underperformance. stocks such as Capitaland, Ascendasreit are at support level. no any signs of rebound. They are waiting for the next down trip...
